What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, postcode, listings, bids, offers, messages and payment receipts. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Why

To run the marketplace, to share contact details between buyer and seller when a sale completes, to send you emails about your activity, to prevent fraud and to meet our legal obligations.

Who sees it

Other members see your display name, location area and feedback. The other party to a sale sees your name, email and phone. We share data with Stripe (payments) and our email provider. We do not sell your data.

How long

Orders and receipts for 6 years; messages for 2 years; your account until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us. You can also complain to the ICO.
