Bidding

Enter the most you would pay. We place the smallest bid needed to keep you in front and never go above your maximum. If someone's maximum beats yours you get an email straight away. Any bid in the last five minutes extends the auction by five minutes, so there is no point sniping.

Reserves

The lot page tells you whether the reserve has been met. If it is not met at close, the item does not sell.

Winning

You get an email with the seller's contact details. Pay them directly and arrange collection. For a horse, view and vet first if you have not already.

Selling

Join, tick I also want to sell, and fill in the listing form. We check every listing before it goes live, usually within a few hours. You pay the listing fee at that point and get a receipt by email.

Messages

Ask a seller anything from the lot page. Keep it on the site until the sale completes; contact details in messages are flagged.
